My pet needs to go to the vet. Can you take them?
Yes, upon consultation we will discuss and cover all bases when it comes to the safety of your beloved pet.
How many dogs can you walk at once?
Primarily your fur baby will have our undivided attention at each visit. However upon consultation we will discuss possible outdoor activities and interactions with other dogs, in such case we will not exceed walking 5 dogs at one time. Should you prefer to have your fur baby be walked solo or have any special request, we will respect and accommodate to them.
What kind of animals do you accept?
Dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits, ferrets, reptiles (such as lizards and snakes) and rodents (such as hamsters, guinea pigs and hedgehogs. If you have a rare or exotic pet that is not listed please call us and let us know. We do not shy away easily and are eager to learn and broaden our love for new pets so please do not hesitate.
Do you administer medication?
Yes we administer medication and we've been trained by a licensed professional.
Do I need a consultation?
Yes, for any first time client we recommend doing a Meet and Greet for you and your beloved pet(s). We want you and your pet to be able to be comfortable with us prior to our first visit. Also at this meeting we will go over your online form to make sure everything is as it should be and any special request and concerns that you may have, along with any additional questions that either you or us will have regarding the care of your pet.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
We do not charge for cancellations with adequate notice. However, if you cancel 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled service date there will be a $15 cancellation fee.
What happens if my pet becomes ill or injured while I'm away?
We will follow emergency instructions on your forms and notify you immediately. In the event that your emergency contact is unavailable, we will stay in constant communication with you until your beloved pet is properly taken care of.
What happens if I have an emergency and need a last minute booking?
We understand emergencies and last minute changes happen, if you need us within that same day or need to have your schedule adjusted, call us directly and we will accommodate if we can.
